4. Revenue Share & Payment Terms

4.1. Consulting Fees

OfferPro shall pay publishers total of the commission earned by the publishers which is solicited and run via the OfferPro network. This revenue is shared with publishers on realtime basis via publisher dashboard.

• Payments are made within 30 days after receipt of invoice.

• Reporting will be provided through OfferPro’s online dashboard, detailing:

  • Revenue

  • Task Completion Count

  • App Metrics

  • Deductions, if any

• Minimum payout for wire transfers: USD 1,000 or equivalent in local currency.

• OfferPro will be solely responsible for calculation and reporting of sessions, clicks, conversions, and payouts.

4.2. Taxes and Costs

• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, customs duties, or similar levies.

• Taxes will be applied per applicable jurisdiction.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and device identifiers to:

• Remember user preferences

• Measure ad performance

• Prevent invalid traffic and fraud

• Deliver targeted advertising (where permitted)

OfferPro fully comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) regarding the collection and use of “Personal Information” from children under 18 years old.

• We do not collect or use children’s personal information for interest-based advertising.

• Any publisher using OfferPro must notify us if their site/app is directed toward children to ensure COPPA compliance.

• Data from children’s properties will only be used in strict accordance with COPPA rules.
